金银花提取物对软儿梨后熟生理品质的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Honeysuckle Extract on Postharvest Physiological Quality of Pgrus ussurichsisi

摘要 以软儿梨为试材,采用浓度1%的金银花提取物、500 mg·L^(-1)的乙烯利,对兰州软儿梨果实进行浸泡处理,以常温贮存为对照,测定并比较第0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8天兰州软儿梨乙烯释放速率、呼吸速率、可溶性固形物含量(SSC)、可滴定酸含量、失重率、硬度、色度、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等指标,研究金银花提取物对“兰州软儿梨”后熟生理及品质的影响,以期为鲜食软儿梨货架品质研究提供参考依据。结果表明:贮藏期内,金银花处理兰州软儿梨乙烯释放速率最大值是CK和ETH处理的53.13%和48.48%,且呼吸速率未出现较大峰值。同时,金银花处理还可以延缓可溶性固形物升高速率,降低果实失重率、维持较高的果实硬度和可滴定酸含量,减缓果皮褐变程度,使POD及SOD维持在较高的活性水平。因此,金银花提取物处理软儿梨果实可抑制乙烯释放速率,延缓果实衰老,保持软儿梨较好的后熟生理品质。 Taking Pgrus ussurichsisi as the test material,the fruits were treated with 1%honeysuckle extract solution and 500 mg·L^(-1)ethylene,and then stored at normal temperature as a control.The ethylene release rate,respiration rate,soluble solids content(SSC),titratable acid content,weight loss rate,firmness,color,peroxidase(POD),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were studied and compared at days 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8.The results showed that during the storage period,the maximum ethylene release rate of honeysuckle treatment was 53.13%of the CK and 48.48%of the ETH treatment,and the respiration rate did not show a significant peak.At the same time,the honeysuckle treatment group could slow down the rate of increase in soluble solids content,reduce fruit weight loss,maintain a high fruit firmness and titratable acidity,slowed down the degree of fruit skin browning,and keep POD and SOD at a high level of activity.Therefore,honeysuckle extract treatment of Pgrus ussurichsisi fruits could inhibit ethylene release rate,delay fruit aging,and maintain good post-harvest physiological quality of Pgrus ussurichsisi.
