摘要
伴随老旧建筑的大量拆除,建筑垃圾处理和再利用成为研究热点。将建筑垃圾作为天然骨料的替代品制备透水混凝土,基于响应曲面法通过试验研究骨料粒径、水灰比及目标孔隙率对混凝土力学性能和透水性能的影响,通过响应曲面模型优化提出再生骨料透水混凝土的最优配合比。结果表明:随水灰比增加,混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度均呈现先升后降的趋势,而骨料粒径和目标孔隙率的增大则会导致混凝土强度降低;水灰比的改变对透水系数和有效孔隙率影响不显著,但粗骨料粒径和目标孔隙率的增大则会显著提高透水系数和有效孔隙率;再生骨料透水混凝土最优配合比为:水灰比0.30、目标孔隙率14.6%、粗骨料粒径4.75~9.5 mm。
With the large-scale demolition of old buildings,the treatment and reuse of construction waste have become a research hotspot.Using construction waste as a substitute for natural aggregate to prepare pervious concrete,the effects of aggregate particle size,water-cement ratio and target porosity on mechanical properties and pervious properties of concrete were analyzed based on response surface methodology,and the optimal mix ratio of recycled aggregate pervious concrete was obtained through optimization of response surface model.The results show that with the increase of water-cement ratio,the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while the increase of aggregate particle size and target porosity will lead to a decrease in concrete strength.The change of water-cement ratio has no significant effect on the permeability coefficient and effective porosity.However,the increase of aggregate particle size and target porosity will significantly increase the permeability coefficient and effective porosity.The optimal mix ratio of recycled aggregate pervious concrete was obtained:water-cement ratio 0.30,target porosity 14.6%and coarse aggregate particle 4.75-9.5 mm.
