摘要
研究了4种成型方法对透水混凝土抗压强度及透水系数的影响。结果表明:随着振动时间和成型压力的增加,透水混凝土的抗压强度先增大后减小,而透水系数则逐渐降低;插捣成型法可以使透水混凝土获得较高的透水系数但抗压强度较低;振压成型法可以使透水混凝土获得较优的抗压强度及透水性能;压力成型法和振压成型法可以作为透水混凝土实验室配合比成型方法;透水混凝土路面的施工方法及施工机械的参数选择应根据试验确定。
The impact of four molding methods of pervious concrete on its water permeability coefficient and compressive strength was dis-cussed in this paper.Results showed that with the vibrating time prolonged and the compaction pressure augmented,pervious concrete's water per-meability coefficient fell down gradually while its compressive strength increased initially and then decreased.Hand compaction method presented higher water permeability coefficient but lower compressive strength,whereas vibrating compressing method outstood in both the two aspects.Compressing method and vibrating method can serve as laboratory molding methods of pervious concrete mix proportion.Parameters of construc-tion techniques and equipments for pervious concrete pavements depended on the laboratory experiments results.
