摘要
目前局部放电已作为绝缘状态质量监控的重要指标,根据变压器内部油纸绝缘的局部放电特性以及发展规律,对高空电磁脉冲(high altitude electromagnetic pulse,HEMP)损伤配电变压器后的工频剩余寿命评估提供数据支撑,本文通过针板电极结构在HEMP传导环境作用下,以千伏为单位的不同HEMP测量电压幅值和不同冲击次数来刻画不同损伤状态的油纸试品,进行油纸绝缘的工频放电特性研究,统计分析局部放电的宏观规律,进而在宏观角度揭示纳秒脉冲作用下的油浸纸损伤机理,即当纳秒脉冲达到一定幅值或一定冲击次数时,会使绝缘纸内部纤维松散,从而产生较为密集的龟裂,使其绝缘性能严重下降。
The partial discharge is widely regarded as an important index for insulation state monitoring at home and abroad.In this paper,the discharge characteristics of oil-paper insulation at working frequency under HEMP impact are studied by taking the oil-papers under different HEMP amplitudes and different impact times as examples under the condition of positive and negative HEMP of needle-plate electrode structure.The macroscopic law of partial discharge is statistically analyzed,and the damage mechanism of oil-papers under the action of nanosecond pulse is revealed from the macro perspective.The results show that when the nanosecond pulse reaches a certain amplitude or a certain number of impacts,the internal fibers of the insulating paper will be loose,resulting in more intensive cracks,which will seriously reduce its insulation performance.
