超高压GIS内部快速暂态过电压计算及其影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 由于隔离开关切合小电容、电流时产生的快速暂态过电压(VFTO)会对300 kV以上的全封闭气体绝缘变电站(GIS)造成危害,根据特快速暂态过电压产生机理,采用EMTP及FORTRAN软件,对550 kV GIS隔离开关操作产生的VFTO进行了计算和分析,并选取某一操作方式进行VF-TO影响因素的重点研究,分析了GIS变电站内各设备等效参数对VFTO的影响.计算结果表明,在GIS内部,被开断母线的残余电荷电压对VFTO幅值影响最大,两者基本呈线性关系;在GIS外部,高压电缆长度对VFTO幅值影响最大,长电缆可加速暂态过程的衰减. The very fast transient over voltage generated by disconnector operation can bring great danger for gas insulated substation (GIS) when the voltage level is above 300 kV. The VFTO caused by 550 kV GIS operation was calculated and analyzed using EMTP and FORTRAN according to the generation principle of VFTO. A certain operation mode was selected to investigate the influencing factors of VFTO. The influence of GIS equivalent parameters on VETO was analyzed. The calculation results show that the residual charge voltage of the disconnected bus inside GIS and the high voltage cable length outside GIS has great influence on the VFTO amplitude. The long cable can accelerate the attenuation of transient process.
