摘要
锅炉给水除氧技术,不仅是维持锅炉顺畅运行不可或缺的关键环节,也是显著提升锅炉服务寿命的重要技术手段。化学除氧技术在锅炉给水处理中备受推崇,其能够迅速且完全地去除锅炉给水中的溶解氧,同时不损伤锅炉内壁和构件。这一技术的应用,对于提高锅炉的运行效率、延长使用寿命以及保障生产安全都具有重要意义。基于此,讨论了锅炉给水处理的化学除氧技术并着重分析了不同除氧剂的优劣特性。
Boiler feed water deaeration technology is not only an indispensable key link to maintain the smooth operation of the boiler,but also an important technical means to significantly improve the service life of the boiler.Chemical deoxygenation is one of the most common technologies for boiler feedwater deoxygenation,and the advantages and disadvantages of different deoxidizers are analyzed.
