研究聚焦于机动车排放检验设备中关键机械构件耐久性的测试与分析。通过概述耐久性测试的关键性和所采用的测试设备、方法,深入探讨了构件失效模式,并提出了有效的寿命预测方法。针对现有检验设备的案例,进行了细致的耐久性评估,揭示了主要的弱点和失效原因,并根据这些分析结果提出了一系列优化建议。这些优化措施旨在提升设备的整体性能与可靠性,从而延长设备的服务寿命。最终,不仅促进了设备耐久性的理解,而且其优化建议对于改进现行机动车排放检验设备的设计与维护具有重要的实用价值和理论指导意义。
The study focuses on testing and analyzing the durability of key mechanical components in motor vehicle emission inspection equipment.By outlining the criticality of durability testing and the testing equipment and methods used,the failure modes of components are discussed in depth,and effective life prediction methods are proposed.A detailed durability assessment is conducted for cases of existing test equipment,revealing the main weaknesses and causes of failure,and a series of optimization recommendations are made based on these analyses.These optimization measures aim to enhance the overall performance and reliability of the equipment,thereby extending its service life.Ultimately,not only the understanding of equipment durability is promoted,but also its optimization recommendations have significant practical value and theoretical guidance for improving the design and maintenance of current motor vehicle emission testing equipment.
