摘要 黄酮类化合物具有多种生物活性,广泛应用在医疗、化工、化妆品、保健饮品等领域。无花果(Ficus carica L.)是药食兼优的果树,果实中富含酚类、总黄酮、维生素C等多种生理活性物质,叶片中类黄酮化合物数量有60种,有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗癌、治疗疾病等作用,对无花果黄酮类化合物研究热点聚焦于医药、医疗、食品、化妆等领域。从黄酮类物质在无花果不同部位、不同原料提取工艺、测定方法、生理生化功能等方面研究成果进行了全面、系统的综述,分析了影响提取工艺的因素,并对当前研究中存在的问题短板进行探讨,为无花果黄酮及食品产业、临床研究应用等提供了重要参考。 The flavonoid has a variety of biological activities and is widely used in medical,chemical,cosmetic,health drinks and other fields.Ficus carica L.is a fruit tree with excellent food and medicine.The fruit is rich in phenolic,total flavonoids,vitamin C and other physiological active substances.There are 60 kinds of flavonoid compounds in leaves,it has anti-oxidation,anti-aging,anti-cancer and therapeutic effects.Research on FIG flavonoid focuses on medicine,medicine,food and cosmetics.In this paper,the research results of flavonoids in different parts of figs,extraction technology of different raw materials,determination methods,physiological and biochemical functions were reviewed,the factors affecting the extraction process were analyzed,and the problems existed in the current research were discussed,which provided important reference for fig flavonoids,food industry and clinical research.
