摘要
碳酸二甲酯作为锂电池电解液的溶剂及非光气法制备聚碳酸酯的原料,产能及产量逐年增长,工艺技术也有了明显进步。目前工业化的生产方法包括酯交换法、尿素醇解法、甲醇氧化羰基化法、草酸二甲酯脱羰基法,未来酯交换法工艺的产能占比有所降低,其他工艺的产能占比将不断增长。
As the solvent of lithium battery electrolyte and the raw material of polycarbonate prepared by non-phosgene method,the production capacity and output have increased year by year,and the process technology has also made obvious progress.At present,the industrial production methods include transesterification,urea alcoholysis,methanol oxidation carbonylation and dimethyl oxalate decarbonylation.In the future,the production capacity of transesterification will be reduced,and the production capacity of other processes will continue to increase.
