摘要
本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对“双减”政策下我国学校体育发展的契机、困境进行探讨,并提出优化路径。研究认为:“双减”政策下我国学校体育发展的契机体现在:体育教育理念持续深化,学校体育回归教育主阵地;社会体育资源持续汇聚,为学校体育注入新动力;顶层设计日趋完善,助推学校体育高质量发展。“双减”政策下我国学校体育发展的困境表现在:“被动体育”依然存在,教学模式存在弊端,资源配置失衡,评价手段过于单一。据此,提出优化路径:发挥以体育人功能,树立正确体育观念;提高体育教师能力,补齐体质健康短板;完善体育资源配置,推动区域均衡发展;健全多元评价体系,建立科学评价机制。
We used literature research method,expert interviews,and logical analysis to explore the opportunities and predicaments of the development of school physical education in China under the“Double Reduction”policy and to propose optimization pathways.The study concludes that the opportunities for the development of school physical education in China under the“Double Reduction”policy are manifested as follows:the concept of physical education is continuously deepened,and school physical education returns to the main educational position;social sports resources are continuously gathered,injecting new impetus into school physical education;the top-level design is becoming increasingly refined,boosting the high-quality development of school physical education.The predicaments of the development of school physical education in China under the“Double Reduction”policy are presented as follows:“passive physical education”still exists;teaching models have drawbacks;the distribution of resource allocation is imbalanced;and evaluation methods are overly simplistic.Accordingly,the optimization pathways are proposed:exerting the function of physical education in cultivating individuals and establishing correct concepts of physical education;enhancing the capabilities of physical education teachers and filling the gap in physical health;perfecting the allocation of physical education resources and promoting balanced regional development;and improving the diversified evaluation system and establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism.
