摘要
公共组织的知识创造过程正在成为公共管理领域的重要研究议题。实际上,几乎所有相关研究都直接或间接地受到为知识创造论奠定了基础的野中郁次郎的影响。值得指出的是,野中郁次郎的知识创造论由企业知识创造论与公共组织知识创造论构成。但是,援引野中郁次郎的相关研究忽视了他的企业知识创造论和公共组织知识创造论的联系,并未注意到他近年来提出的关于企业知识创造论的跨域应用的理论构想或所谓公共组织知识创造论。本文梳理野中郁次郎的企业知识创造论与公共组织知识创造论的内在关联,介绍野中郁次郎的公共组织知识创造论的要点,讨论公共组织知识创造论的拓展方向及其中国意义。
The process of knowledge creation within public organizations has emerged as a prominent research area in the field of public management.Ikujiro Nona-ka,an eminent pioneer in the domain of knowledge creation,has exerted a significant influence on a wide range of relevant research,both directly and indirectly.Notably,Nonaka's comprehensive framework comprises the knowledge creation theory of com-panies and the knowledge creation theory of public organizations.Regrettably,scho-lars referencing Nonaka's work have often overlooked the interconnection between these two theories and have paid scant attention to his theoretical concept of cross-field application,specifically the knowledge creation theory of public organizations ad-vanced in recent years.This study examines the relationship between Nonaka's theo-ries of knowledge creation of companies and public organizations,introduces the main ideas of his knowledge creation theory of public organizations,and explores its pro-spective avenues of research and implications for China.
