摘要
目的 探讨左乙拉西坦(LEV)联合拉莫三嗪(LTG)治疗儿童癫痫的疗效及其对认知功能的影响。方法 选取2022年01月-2023年12月本院收治的62例癫痫患者,随机分为研究组、对照组(各31例),并分别予LEV联合LTG、LTG治疗。随访6月后,比较两组疗效、间歇期痫样放电变化,并采用韦氏儿童智力量表(WISC)或韦氏学前智力量表(WPPSI)评估患者治疗前后认知功能变化,并计算两组全量表智商值(FIQ)。结果 随访6月后,研究组癫痫疗效、间歇期痫样放电变化情况显著优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学差异。治疗前,两组FIQ无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后,研究组FIQ明显高于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学差异。结论 左乙拉西坦联合拉莫三嗪能够显著改善癫痫患儿疗效,减少间歇期痫样放电;此外,联合治疗对认知功能也显示出良好的效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of levetiracetam(LEV)combined with lamotrigine(LTG)on pediatric epilepsy and its effect on cognitive function..Methods Sixty-two epilepsy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and control group(31 cases each),and were treated with LEV combined with LTG and LTG respectively.After 6 months of follow-up,the two groups were compared in terms of efficacy,changes in intermittent epileptiform discharges,and changes in the patients'cognitive functions before and after treatment were assessed using the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(WISC)or Wechsler Preschool Intelligence Scale(WPPSI),and the full-scale IQ(FIQ)values were calculated for the two groups..Results After 6 months of medication follow-up,the study group′s efficacy and changes in intermittent epileptiform discharges were significantly better than those of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical differences.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FIQ between the two groups,P>0.05;after treatment,the FIQ of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical differences.Conclusions Levetiracetam combined with lamotrigine can significantly improve the efficacy of children with epilepsy and reduce intermittent epileptic discharge.In addition,the combination therapy also showed a good effect on cognitive function.
