摘要
目的探讨对生酮饮食治疗癫痫患儿采用视频脑电图的作用。方法选取江西省儿童医院收治的癫痫患儿作为研究对象,样本量依照我院总体该类疾病量的百分比进行估算,最终选择68例(2022年1月至2022年12月),通过视频脑电图检测结果实时调整患儿生酮饮食治疗方案。结果治疗后,患儿癫痫发作频率、使用的药物种类、血尿酮水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);患儿治疗后1个月、6个月、1年的效果以及不良反应发生率(1个月、1年)进行比较,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对生酮饮食治疗癫痫患儿采用视频脑电图能够更加准确的预测患儿的预后效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of video EEG on ketogenic diet in children with epilepsy.Methods Children with epilepsy admitted to Jiangxi Children's Hospital were selected as the research objects.The sample size was estimated according to the percentage of the total number of such diseases in our hospital.Finally,68 cases(January 2022 to December 2022)were selected,and the therapeutic effect of the children was analyzed by video EEG.Results After treatment,the frequency of seizures,types of drugs used,and levels of blood ketones in the affected children were all lower than before treatment(P<0.05);The treatment effects(1 month,6 months,and 1 year)and incidence of adverse reactions(1 month and 1 year)were compared at after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Video EEG can significantly accurately predict the prognosis of children with epilepsy treated with ketogenic diet.
