摘要
竹荪是著名的“药食同源”山珍之一,素有“菌中皇后”“真菌之花”的美称,富含人体所需的益智赖氨酸,且竹荪多糖能增强人体免疫力,具有广阔的市场前景。分析了江西省宜黄县竹荪产业的现状,指出存在种植品种单一、产品质量不高、病虫害防治难度大、种植者利润空间不大、种植技术落后、粮菇争地矛盾突出、产品竞争力不强等问题,并对这一产业的未来发展提出了一些建议与发展路径。
Dictyophora Fungus is one of the famous"medicine and food of the same origin"mountain delicacies,known as"the queen of fungi"and"the flower of fungi".It is rich in lysine,which is essential for the human body,and fungi polysaccharides can boost human immunity,which has broad market prospects.This paper analyzes the current situation of Dictyophora Fungus industry in Yihuang County,Jiangxi Province,points out the problems such as single planting variety,low product quality,difficulty in pest and disease prevention and control,small profit margins for grow⁃ers,backward planting technology,prominent contradiction between grain and mushroom in terms of land use,and weak product competitiveness,and puts forward some suggestions and development paths for the future development of this industry.
