摘要
传统电力项目管理手段落后,数据采集、处理、分析等方式无法满足现代化项目管理需求,推动电力行业可持续发展,全面推行EPC(工程设计-采购-施工)总承包模式尤为重要。文章研究了大数据分析的集合式EPC总承包项目管理软件的应用路径,在掌握技术应用必要性的基础上,从信息源多元化、传输过程中数据风险、关键节点可见度低、输出信息乏力四个方面,分析了管理中存在的常见问题,同时,强调了需求分析、系统设计、关键技术实现、系统测试等在大数据分析之上的集合式EPC总承包项目管理软件构建方法,有助于转变传统电力项目管理形式,全面采集并高效处理海量数据,帮助企业控制成本,增强项目风险控制水平,保障企业健康发展。
Traditional power project management means are backward,data collection,processing,analysis and other ways cannot meet the needs of modern project management.It is particularly important to promote the sustainable development of the power industry and fully implement the EPC(engineering design-procurement-construction)general contracting mode.This paper studies the application path of integrated EPC general contract project management software technology of big data analysis.On the basis of mastering the necessity of technical application,this paper analyzes the common problems in management from four aspects:diversification of information sources,data risk during transmission,low visibility of key nodes and lack of output information.At the same time,it emphasizes the integrated EPC general contracting project management software construction method based on big data analysis such as requirements analysis,system design,key technology implementation and system test,which helps to transform the traditional form of electric power project management,comprehensively collect and efficiently process massive data,help businesses to control costs,enhance the control level of project risk,and ensure the healthy development of enterprises.
