摘要
中职基础护理教学是培养护理人才的基础阶段,承担着向学生传授专业知识、操作技能,提升学生人文素养等重任。在中职基础护理教学中,学生综合素质的培养仍然存在一些问题,如德育与人文教育的双重边缘化、综合素质培养缺乏系统性与多元化、实践教学环节薄弱、临床实习机会匮乏等。文章基于中职基础护理教学中学生综合素质培养的基本原则,探讨中职基础护理教学中学生综合素质的培养策略,旨在提升中职护理专业学生的综合素质,促进其全面发展,以满足未来医疗护理行业的多元化需求。
Basic nursing education in vocational schools is the fundamental stage of cultivating nursing talents,undertaking the important task of cultivating students'professional knowledge,skills,humanistic literacy,and other aspects.In the teaching of basic nursing in vocational schools,there are still some problems in the cultivation of students'comprehensive qualities,such as the dual marginalization of moral and humanistic education,the lack of systematic and diversified cultivation of comprehensive qualities,weak practical teaching links,and a lack of clinical internship opportunities.Based on the basic principles of cultivating students'comprehensive qualities in vocational basic nursing teaching,this article explores the cultivation strategies of students'comprehensive qualities in vocational basic nursing teaching,aiming to enhance the comprehensive qualities of vocational nursing students,promote their all-round development,and meet the diversified needs of the future medical nursing industry.
