摘要
合法性标准检视下,企业环境信用评价制度面临制度体系设置失衡、信用评价结果应用不佳、激励机制有待加强等问题。鉴于此,应立足环境法典,回归合法性标准,并从强化评价结果应用、建构企业环境信用从宽激励机制着手,探索企业环境信用评价制度的完善路径。
Under the inspection of ligality standards,the corporate environmental credit evaluation system faces problems such as imbalanced institutional settings,poor application of credit evaluation results,and weak incentive mechanisms.Solving the dilemma depends on returning to the ligality standards and enhancing its normativity.Based on the environmental code,it is suggested to explore the improvement path of the corporate environmental credit evaluation system,strengthen the application of evaluation results and construct environmental credit,and improve the incentive mechanism.
