婴儿培养箱的静电放电问题分析及改进措施

摘要 目的分析婴儿培养箱在静电放电(Electro-Static Discharge,ESD)试验中出现的问题,找出造成白屏现象的原因,提出有效的整改措施以提高婴儿培养箱的可靠性和安全性。方法本研究通过电磁干扰三要素分析的方法,使用近场抗扰度分析仪、示波器等工具观察和分析电路反应,识别出静电干扰的敏感源和干扰路径,进而提出有针对性的改进措施。结果测试发现,屏幕主板是敏感源,且存在多个耦合路径,组装后显示屏的抗干扰能力不能达到接触放电±6 kV的要求。针对这一问题提出有效的整改措施,包括优化屏蔽盒结构、使用屏蔽线缆以及固定线缆的走线位置。经测试和应用观察,产品的ESD抗干扰能力可达到标准要求,提高了婴儿培养箱的可靠性和安全性,有效地消除了ESD问题。结论本研究可以为医疗器械制造商提供借鉴,对于提高医用电子设备的ESD抗干扰能力具有一定的参考价值。 Objective To analyze the problems of infant incubator in the electro-static discharge(ESD)test to find out the causes of the white screen phenomenon,so as to propose effective corrective measures to improve the reliability and safety of the infant incubator.Methods In this study,the methodology of electromagnetic interference three-factor analysis was adopted.The tools such as near-field immunity analyzers and oscilloscopes were used to observe and analyze the circuit response,the sensitive sources and interference paths of electrostatic interference were identified.Furthermore,targeted improvement measures were proposed.Results The test found that the screen motherboard was the sensitive source,and there were multiple coupling paths,and the anti-interference capability of the assembled display could not meet the requirement of±6 kV contact discharge.Effective corrective measures were proposed for this problem,including optimizing the structure of the shielding box,using shielded cables,and fixing the cable routing position.After testing and application observation,it was found that the product’s ESD immunity could meet the standard requirements,improve the reliability and safety of the infant incubator,and effectively eliminate the ESD problem.Conclusion This study can provide reference for medical device manufacturers,and has certain reference value for improving the ESD immunity of medical electronic equipment.
