摘要
秦敏在继承传统飞针选穴的基础上,对人体进行创新性划分,推动岭南飞针疗法发展,形成了“头皮针、腹针、背针”三大系列。他采用分期辨证、灵活用针的策略,结合岭南地区特有的气候条件,提出“浅刺调精气、祛湿畅三焦”十字真言。临床根据分期进行精准选穴,妙用岭南飞针疗法,共奏浅刺调气,调理三焦之功。并对典型医案进行报道,以期丰富湿疹的治疗方法。
Professor Qin Min,on the basis of inheriting the traditional acupoint selection of flying needle,has made innovative division of the human body and promoted the development of Lingnan flying needle therapy,forming three major series of"scalp needle,abdominal needle and dorsal needle".Professor Qin adoptes the strategy of staged syndrome differentiation and flexible use of needles,combines with the unique climatic conditions of Lingnan region,and proposes the cross mantra of"shallow stabbing to regulate essential qi,dispelling dampness and smoothing the sanjiao".Clinically,according to the clinical staging,precise acupuncture points selection is carried out,and Lingnan Flying Needle therapy is skillfully used to jointly promote shallow stabbing to regulate qi and sanjiao.Typical medical cases are reported in order to enrich the treatment method of eczema.
