摘要
托县辣椒是内蒙古呼和浩特市托克托县的地方农家品种,地理标志产品,其干制辣椒香而不辣,在内蒙古具有较高的知名度。本文通过查阅清朝以来内蒙古地方志史、相关史料和专业书籍,对托县辣椒栽培历史以及传播来源进行了考证。初步得出托县辣椒栽培历史应该在19世纪60年代前,种植历史约160年。托县辣椒来源应由山西或者陕西传入。
‘Tuoxian pepper'is a local variety in Tuoketuo County,Hohhot City,Inner Mongolia.The dried pepper produced using‘Tuoxian pepper'as raw material has the characteristics of fragrance and non-spiciness,which is a characteristic agricultural product with a high reputation in Inner Mongolia.Based on the history of Inner Mongolia local chronicles,relevant historical materials and professional books since the Qing Dynasty,this paper conducted a textual research on the planting history and the dissemination source of‘Tuoxian pepper'.It is preliminarily concluded that the cultivation history of‘Tuoxian pepper'should be before the 1860s,and the planting history is about 160 years.The source of‘Tuoxian pepper'should be introduced from Shanxi or Shaanxi into Inner Mongolia.
