摘要
目的:基于“肾主生殖”理论,探讨补肾序贯法联合来曲唑(LE)治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年6月至2022年12月于南平市人民医院就诊的排卵障碍性不孕症患者64例,采用随机信封法分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组患者给予LE促排卵,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用中药补肾序贯法。比较两组患者治疗前后卵巢功能指标(最大卵泡直径和子宫内膜厚度),以及排卵率、妊娠率、总有效率。结果:治疗后观察组患者最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度优于对照组,排卵率及妊娠率高于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于“肾主生殖”理论指导的补肾序贯法联合LE促排卵,能改善排卵障碍性不孕症患者体质及卵巢功能,增加子宫内膜容受性,从而获得良好的排卵率及妊娠率。
Objective Based on the theory of"kidney governs reproduction",this study aims to explore the clinical efficacy of sequential kidney tonifying method combined with letrozole(LE)for ovulation induction in patients with ovulatory infertility.Methods Sixty four patients with ovulatory infertility who visited Nanping People's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 32 patients in each group,using a random envelope method.The control group patients were given LE to promote excretion,while the observation group patients were given traditional Chinese medicine kidney tonifying sequential method on the basis of the control group.the ovarian function indicators(maximum follicle diameter and endometrial thickness),ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,and total effective rate between two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the maximum follicle diameter and endometrial thickness of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were higher than those of the control group,the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the theory of"kidney governs reproduction",the sequential method of kidney tonifying combined with LE stimulation can improve the physical fitness and ovarian function of patients with ovulatory infertility,increase endometrial receptivity,and achieve good ovulation and pregnancy rates.
