摘要
目的:探讨来曲唑联合泼尼松治疗卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析郑州市妇幼保健院2022年1月至2024年6月收治的OHSS患者148例,根据不同的治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,各74例。对照组患者采用来曲唑治疗,观察组患者采用来曲唑联合泼尼松治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后卵巢体积、激素水平、腹腔积液相关指标以及细胞蛋白因子[总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)]水平。结果:观察组患者治疗后双侧卵巢体积均较对照组小,TP、ALB水平均较对照组高,腹围、体质量、HCT、雌二醇(E2)、IL-6与VEGF水平较对照组低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:来曲唑联合泼尼松治疗OHSS疗效理想,能更好地恢复患者卵巢功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of letrozole combined with prednisone in the treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).Methods A total of 148 patients with OHSS admitted to Zhengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and divided into a control group and an observation group with different treatment regimens,with 74 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole,and the observation group was treated with letrozole combined with prednisone.The ovarian volume,hormone levels,abdominal effusion related indexes and the levels of cell protein factors[total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),hematocrit(HCT),interleukin–6(IL–6)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,both ovarian volumes in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,TP and ALB were higher than those in the control group,the abdominal circumference,body mass,HCT,the levels of estradiol(E2),IL-6 and VEGF were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Letrozole combined with prednisone is effective in the treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and can better restore ovarian function.
