摘要
在深入分析药业产业集聚基地药物分析人才需求和药物分析教学改革实践基础上,探讨其服务于药物分析学科教学改革策略路径,包括产学研深度融合、实践教学环节的加强和教学内容设置与产业需求对接等方面,以更好服务于药业产业结构升级,对药物分析人才培养体系进行教学改革。提出基于该基地的药物分析人才培养模式,是培养地方应用型高水平药学类人才的有效途径。
Based on an in-depth analysis of the demand for pharmaceutical analysis talents in the pharmaceutical industry cluster base and the practice of pharmaceutical analysis teaching reform,this paper explores the strategic path of its service to the teaching reform of the pharmaceutical analysis discipline,including the deep integration of industry,university and research,the strengthening of practical teaching links,and the connection of teaching content design with industry demand,in order to better serve the upgrading of the pharmaceutical industry structure,and carry out teaching reform of the pharmaceutical analysis talents training system.It presents a pharmaceutical analysis talents training model based on this base,which is an effective way to cultivate local applied high-level pharmaceutical talents.
