摘要
目的 观察分析在深Ⅱ度烧伤患儿中应用早期护理对创面愈合的影响。方法 选取甘肃省白银市中心医院在2023年2月至2024年2月诊治的70例烧伤患儿,以随机数字表法分为两组,各有35例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组开展早期护理。对比两组创面恢复情况、负面情绪和满意度。结果 观察组患儿在换药前、换药中的VAS评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组较对照组上皮覆盖占比大,创面愈合时间短,P<0.05。经干预,观察组较对照组SDS、SAS分值均降低,P<0.05。观察组较对照组家属满意度更高,P<0.05。结论 在深Ⅱ度烧伤患儿中应用早期护理可有效促进创面恢复和愈合,改善患儿不良情绪,提升患儿家属对护理的满意度。
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of early nursing on wound healing in children with deep second-degree burns.Methods:70 burn children diagnosed and treated in Baiyin Central Hospital of Gansu Province from February 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received early nursing.The wound recovery、negative emotions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group before and during dressing change,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the observation group had more epithelial coverage and shorter wound healing time,P<0.05.After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of early nursing in children with deep second-degree burns can effectively promote the recovery and healing of wounds,improve children's bad mood and enhance the satisfaction of children's families with nursing.
