摘要
【目的】观察检测磨痂术对于促进大鼠浅Ⅱ°烫伤创面愈合的效果及作用机制。【方法】将大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,每组48只。于每组大鼠背部制作1个创面,实验组创面致伤后立即在无菌条件下行磨痂术;对照组创面致伤后在无菌条件下行保守换药治疗。标本制备后第3、7、10天观察各组大鼠创面大体愈合情况及各组大鼠创面愈合情况的差别。并使用免疫组化法检测各组大鼠创面生长因子(表皮生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)变化的情况。【结果】第3、10天,实验组创面愈合情况明显优于对照组;第3、7、10天,实验组bFGF明显高于对照组;第10天,EGF明显高于对照组。【结论】磨痂术对于大鼠浅Ⅱ°烫伤创面具有促进愈合作用。
[Objective] To detect the effect of dermabrasion surgery Ⅱ° for the promotion of rat superficial burn wound healing and its mechanism.[Methods] The rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(48 each).The back of each rat after the producting of a wound in the experimental group was immediately in a sterile condition dermabrasion surgery;while the control group,the wounds after injury at aseptic conditions,were under conservative treatment.3,7,10 days later the condition of general wound healing were dobserved,and immunohistochemical method was used to detect the epidermal growth factor,basic fibroblast growth factor.[Results]Wound healing in the experimental group was obviously better than the control groupat 3,10 days;bFGF was significantly better in the experimental group than the control group at 3,7,10 days.The first 10 days,EGF significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion] Dermabrasion surgery Ⅱ° has a promotion effect on rat superficial burn wound healing.
