摘要
目的 观察分析产后阴道紧缩术后个性化康复护理的临床效果。方法 选择2022年1月至2024年1月于本院分娩且接受产后阴道紧缩术的120例患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组60例。对照组接受术后常规护理,实验组接受个性化康复护理。对比两组生活质量、护理满意度、负性情绪及睡眠质量。结果 干预前,两组SAS、SDS评分对比,P>0.05;干预后,实验组评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。实验组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。实验组干预后精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛及生理功能评分均比对照组高,P<0.05。干预前,两组PSQI评分对比,P>0.05;干预后,实验组PSQI评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 对产后阴道紧缩术后患者实施个性化康复护理可提高其生活质量,缓解负性情绪,改善睡眠质量,获得较高的满意度。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing after postpartum vaginal tightening operation.Methods:120 patients who gave birth in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 and received postpartum vaginal contraction were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative care,while the experimental group received individualized rehabilitation care.The quality of life,nursing satisfaction,negative emotions and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After the intervention,the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The scores of mental health,emotional function,social function,physical pain and physiological function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Before the intervention,the PSQI scores of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After the intervention,the PSQI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Personalized rehabilitation nursing can improve the quality of life,relieve negative emotions,improve the quality of sleep and obtain higher satisfaction for postpartum vaginal tightening patients.
