摘要
目的 探讨改良阴道后壁修复术治疗中重度阴道松弛症的临床疗效。方法 以2024年6月至2025年3月在洛阳市中心医院就诊的40例中重度阴道松弛症患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受改良阴道后壁修复术治疗。记录阴道松弛问卷、阴道健康指数调查表、女性性功能指数评分变化和治疗并发症。结果 治疗后,40例中重度阴道松弛症患者阴道松弛问卷评分由(2.04±0.76)分上升至(5.58±1.24)分,阴道健康指数调查表评分由(11.04±1.59)分上升至(20.18±1.90)分,女性性功能指数评分由(13.02±1.60)分上升至(25.87±2.14)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。共3例患者出现治疗并发症,发生率为7.50%。结论 改良阴道后壁修复术治疗中重度阴道松弛症疗效较好,可有效促进患者阴道功能和性生活质量提高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified posterior vaginal wall repair therapy in the treatment of moderate to severe vaginal laxity.Methods A total of 40 patients with moderate to severe vaginal laxity who were treated at Luoyang Central Hospital from June 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects.All patients received modified posterior vaginal wal repair treatment.Changes in vaginal relaxation qustionnaire scores,vaginal health index score scores,female sexual function index scores,and treatment complications were recorded.Results After treatment,the vaginal relaxation qustionnaire scores of the 40 patients with moderate to severe vaginal laxity increased from(2.04±0.76)points to(5.58±1.24)points,vaginal health index score scores increased from(11.04±1.59)points to(20.18±1.90)points,and female sexual function index scores increased from(13.02±1.60)points to(25.87±2.14)points,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).A total of 3 patients experienced treatment complications,with an incidence rate of 7.50%.Conclusions The modified posterior vaginal wall repair is effective in treating moderate to severe vaginal laxity and can effectively improve vaginal function and sexual quality of life in patients.
