摘要
目的评估营养支持护理干预对重症肿瘤患者营养状态与护理满意度的影响。方法2021年1月至2023年7月,选择中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区(安徽省肿瘤医院)80例重症肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上加入营养支持护理干预。比较两组营养状态、心理状态、睡眠质量、并发症及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组血红蛋白、白蛋白、BMI显著高于对照组,NRS 2002评分低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组PSQI、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论营养支持护理干预能显著改善重症肿瘤患者的营养状态、心理状态与睡眠质量,减少并发症,提升护理满意度。
Objective:To evaluate the impact of nutritional support nursing intervention on the nutritional status and nursing satisfaction of critically ill cancer patients.Methods:From January 2021 to July 2023,80 critically ill cancer patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 40 patients each at the West District of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China(Anhui Provincial Cancer Hospital).The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was additionally provided with nutritional support nursing intervention.The nutritional status,psychological state,sleep quality,complications,and nursing satisfaction of both groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the observation group showed significantly higher levels of hemoglobin,albumin,and BMI compared to the control group,and a lower NRS 2002 score,P<0.05.The PSQI,SAS,and SDS scores in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Nutritional support nursing intervention significantly improves the nutritional status,psychological state,and sleep quality of critically ill cancer patients,reduces complications,and enhances nursing satisfaction.
