摘要
目的研究精细化管理在手术室仪器设备管理中的应用效果。方法选择中国科学技术大学附属第一医院南区(安徽省立医院南区)手术室护理人员20名。2021年1月至2022年5月,对手术仪器设备实施常规管理,为对照组;2022年6月至2023年10月,对手术仪器设备实施精细化管理,为研究组。对比两组管理模式实施前后业务能力考核成绩、工作依从性、设备故障、仪器设备相关感染事件、空气洁净度达标率。结果两组管理后,研究组操作技能、专业知识评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组工作依从率高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组空气洁净度达标率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论精细化管理在手术室仪器设备管理中应用效果理想。
Objective:To study the application effect of refined management in the management of instruments and equipment in operating room.Methods:Twenty operating room nurses were selected from the South District of the First Affiliated Hospital of China University of Science and Technology(South District of Anhui Provincial Hospital).From January 2021 to May 2022,the routine management of surgical instruments and equipment was carried out as the control group;From June,2022 to October 2023 the research group implemented meticulous management of surgical instruments and equipment.The results of business ability assessment、work compliance、equipment failure、equipment-related infection events and air cleanliness compliance rate before and after the implementation of the two management modes were compared.Results:After management,the scores of operation skills and professional knowledge in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The work compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The compliance rate of air cleanliness in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application effect of refined management in the management of instruments and equipment in operating room is ideal.
