摘要
目的探讨中医基础理论指导下的辨证护理应用于支气管哮喘患者对其肺功能与生活质量的影响。方法选取于江苏省泰兴市中医院接受治疗的支气管哮喘患者60例(治疗时间2021.12-2023.12)按随机数表法均匀分为对照组、观察组。对照组以常规护理法进行干预,观察组实施中医基础理论指导基础上的辨证护理干预。比较两组干预前后肺功能、生活质量。结果干预后,观察组FEV_(1)、PEF、FEV_(1)/FVC均高于对照组,各生活质量维度评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论中医基础理论指导下的辨证护理干预可显著改善患者肺功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To explore the influence of dialectical nursing intervention under the guidance of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine on lung function and quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:60 patients with bronchial asthma who were treated at Taixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province(from Dec.2021 to Dec.2023)were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group by the utilization of a random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given dialectical nursing intervention under the guidance of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Lung function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,FEV_(1)、PEF and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group while their scores in various dimensions of quality of life were lower than those of the control group,all with,P<0.05.Conclusion:Implementing a dialectical nursing intervention guided by the fundamental principles of traditional Chinese medicine can lead to effective enhancements in patients'lung function and improvements in their overall quality of life.
