摘要
目的观察分析医疗失效模式与效应分析模式管理对消毒供应室硬式内镜器械损坏率的影响。方法选择泗洪县中信医院供应室2022年1月至2023年12月管理的硬式内镜器械200件作为研究对象。将2022年1-12月管理的100件作为对照组,实施常规管理;将2023年1-12月管理的100件作为研究组,实施医疗失效模式与效应分析模式管理。对比两组器械损坏率及管理质量。结果研究组器械损坏率低于对照组,P<0.05。与对照组比较,研究组内容、方法、效果评分及总分均更高,P<0.05。结论在消毒供应室管理中采用医疗失效模式与效应分析模式可显著降低硬式内镜器械损坏率,提高管理质量。
Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of medical failure mode and effect analysis mode management on the damage rate of rigid endoscopic instruments in disinfection supply room.Methods:200 rigid endoscopic instruments managed by the supply room of Zhongxin Hospital in Sihong County from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research object.100 pieces managed from January to December,2022 were taken as the control group,and routine management was implemented;Taking 100 pieces managed from January to December in 2023 as the research group,the management of medical failure mode and effect analysis mode was implemented.The damage rate and management quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The damage rate of instruments in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the content、method、effect score and total score of the study group were higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:Using medical failure mode and effect analysis mode in the management of disinfection supply room can significantly reduce the damage rate of rigid endoscopic instruments and improve the management quality.
