摘要
目的探讨骨折联络服务(FLS)模式在老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎体压缩性骨折(OTCF)患者中的应用价值。方法选择2024年1-6月在中卫市人民医院接受经皮椎体球囊扩张后凸成形术(PKP)的64例老年OTCF患者,随机分为传统组与FLS组,各32例。传统组术后采取常规管理,FLS组在此基础上采用FLS模式管理。对比两组术后情况与随访结果。结果FLS组治疗满意度高于传统组,再骨折发生率低于传统组,P<0.05。两组出院时、出院3个月后,FLS组VAS、EFS评分均较传统组低,SF-36评分较传统组高,P<0.05。结论相较于传统管理方法,FLS模式对老年OTCF患者具有更好的应用效果,可有效缓解患者术后疼痛,改善机体衰弱度,降低再发骨折率,并可提高其治疗满意度和生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application value of fracture liaison service(FLS)model in elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture(OTCF).Methods:Sixty-four elderly OTCF patients who underwent percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in zhongwei People's Hospital from January to June,2024 were randomly divided into traditional group and FLS group,with 32 cases in each group.Conventional management was adopted in the traditional group after operation,and FLS mode management was adopted in the FLS group.The postoperative situation and follow-up results of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment satisfaction of FLS group was higher than that of traditional group,and the incidence of re-fracture was lower than that of traditional group,P<0.05.At the time of discharge and 3 months after discharge,the scores of VAS and EFS in FLS group were lower than those in traditional group,and the score of SF-36 was higher than that in traditional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with traditional management methods,FLS model has a better application effect on elderly patients with OTCF,which can effectively relieve postoperative pain,improve body weakness,reduce the rate of recurrent fractures,and improve their treatment satisfaction and quality of life.
