摘要
目的研究急性脑梗死治疗中在阿司匹林应用基础上配合氯吡格雷的疗效。方法病历选取时间自2022年5月开始,截止至2023年5月,共选择100例患者作为研究对象,分组方式选择随机分组法,包括对照组(50例,阿司匹林治疗)、实验组(50例,阿司匹林+氯吡格雷治疗),对比指标包括神经功能、药物不良反应、临床疗效。结果NIHSS评分对比,治疗前,P>0.05;治疗1 d、5 d、10 d后实验组低于对照,P<0.05。药物不良反应发生率对比,实验组低于对照组,P<0.05。临床疗效对比,实验组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对急性脑梗死患者治疗中在常规使用阿司匹林基础上,联合服用氯吡格雷,对患者神经功能改善具有促进效果,并可降低药物不良反应发生率,从而提升临床治疗效果。
Objective:To study the efficacy of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:The medical records were selected from May,2022 to May,2023.A total of 100 patients were selected as the research object,and the grouping method was selected randomly,including the control group(50 cases treated with aspirin)and the experimental group(50 cases treated with aspirin and clopidogrel).The comparative indexes included neurological function,adverse drug reactions and clinical efficacy.Results:Compared with the NIHSS score,before treatment,P>0.05;After 1 d,5 d and 10 d treatment,the experimental group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:On the basis of routine use of aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction,it can promote the improvement of patients'neurological function and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,thus improving the clinical treatment effect.
