摘要
深圳大学图书馆二期,作为老馆的扩容补充,以理工类藏书为主,选址于深圳大学中心广场南边,原E座教学楼旧址。北向隔中心广场与旧馆遥相呼应,南靠秀美的杜鹃山,东望学生活动中心,西临文山湖。设计关注校园建筑秩序的延续,尤其是老馆与杜鹃山之间的联系。新馆的修建在保持中心广场南向围合的同时,希望为中心增加新的元素。
Library II at Shenzhen University,an extension to the original library,primarily houses science and technology collections.Located south of the central plaza on the former site of Building E,it visually aligns with the original library to the north across the plaza,is backed by the picturesque Dujuan Mountain to the south,overlooks the Student Activity Center to the east,and borders Wenshan Lake to the west.The design respects the existing architectural order,especially maintaining the visual connection between the original library and Dujuan Mountain.While enclosing the southern side of the central plaza,the new library also introduces new elements to this campus focal point.
