摘要
目的 通过检测大肠癌血瘀证与非血瘀证患者血液中的中性粒细胞、凝血功能相关指标及肿瘤标志物,分析大肠癌血瘀证与非血瘀证患者中性粒细胞、凝血功能与肿瘤指标的差异性表达。方法 回顾性分析300例大肠癌患者,分为血瘀证组与非血瘀证组,统计各组中性粒细胞数目、凝血功能相关指标(D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原、血小板、凝血酶原时间)和肿瘤标志物(CEA和CA19-9),对比分析各指标的差异表达。结果 所入组大肠癌患者血瘀证与非血瘀证的比例约为1∶3。中性粒细胞计数值比较,血瘀证组明显高于非血瘀证组(P<0.0001)。血瘀证组D-二聚体(D-dimer)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinoger, FIB)、血小板(platelets, PLT)的表达均明显高于非血瘀证组(P<0.0001),血瘀证组凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time, TT)明显短于非血瘀证组(P=0.0122)。血瘀证组CEA、CA19-9的表达均明显高于非血瘀证组(分别为P=0.0002和P=0.002)。结论 大肠癌血瘀证患者呈现血液高凝状态,大肠癌血瘀证患者的中性粒细胞计数和肿瘤标志物的表达均显著高于非血瘀证患者。
Objective To analyze the differential expressions of neutrophils,coagulation function and tumor markers in colorectal cancer patients with blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome by detecting blood neutrophils,related indicators of coagulation function and tumor markers.Methods A total of 300 cases of colorectal cancer patients were divided into blood stasis syndrome group and non-blood stasis syndrome group.The number of neutrophils,coagulation function related indicators(D-dimer,fibrinogen,platelet,prothrombin time)and tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and cancer antigen 19-9(CA19-9)]in each group were analyzed.Results The proportion of blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome was about 1∶3.The neutrophil count of blood stasis group was significantly higher than that of non-blood stasis group(P<0.0001).The expressions of D-dimer,fibrinogen(FIB)and platelets(PLT)in blood stasis syndrome group were significantly higher than those in non-blood stasis syndrome group(P<0.0001),and the prothrombin time(TT)in blood stasis syndrome group was significantly shorter than that in non-blood stasis syndrome group(P=0.0122).The expressions of CEA and CA19-9 in blood stasis syndrome group were significantly higher than those in non-blood stasis syndrome group(P=0.0002 and P=0.002,respectively).Conclusion The patients with blood stasis syndrome of colorectal cancer present hypercoagulable state.The neutrophil count and tumor markers expressions of patients with blood stasis syndrome of colorectal cancer are significantly higher than those of patients with non-blood stasis syndrome.
