摘要
我国机关事务标准化工作起步较晚,当前存在机关事务标准供给不足,机关事务信息化建设缺乏规范指引等问题。本文对机关事务信息化建设及其标准化现状进行了总结,对机关事务信息化标准体系需求进行了分析,在此基础上,构建了机关事务信息化标准体系框架,提出了标准体系的实施意见,以期为更好推动机关事务信息化标准化工作提供参考借鉴。
The standardization work of government offices affairs started relatively late in China,and there are currently problems such as insufficient supply of government offices affairs standards and lack of standardized guidance for the informationization construction of government offices affairs.This article summarizes the current situation of informationization construction and standardization in government offices affairs,and analyzes the requirements for the informationization standard system of government offices affairs.On this basis,it constructs a framework for the informatization standard system of government offices affairs,and proposes implementation opinions for the standard system,in order to provide reference and guidance for better promoting the standardization of government offices affairs informationization.
