摘要
论述了标准化、信息化的本质,指出标准体系是企业管理的综合要求,信息系统是企业管理要求的具体实现,标准化和信息化是企业不断推进管理创新的过程;论述了信息化与标准化融合的思路,指出开发标准体系管理信息系统,实现标准的共享,是实现标准化的基础;通过标准的结构化,实现标准与信息系统的融合,固化标准化成果,确保标准的刚性执行,并在此基础上持续优化标准和流程,是不断提升企业管理水平的必由之路。
This paper describes the essence of standardization and informationization, and points out that the standard system is an integrated requirement of enterprise management, the information system is a specific implemenation of enterprise management requirements, and the integration of standardization and informationization is a way to continuously propel management innovation. Further, this paper discusses the idea of integrating standardization with informationization, and points out that developing standard system management system to make standards sharing is a basis of standardization. To achieve the integration of standardization with intbrmationization through making standard structured in order, to solidify standardization results and ensure rigid implementation, further to continuously optimize standards and processes, are the sole way to gradually improve the enterprise management level.
