摘要
石墨烯及其复合材料因其优越的性能,在生活中应用广泛,而纳米级氧化石墨烯(GO)一般由石墨经过强酸氧化而来。作为石墨烯基材料的一类重要衍生物,GO因其独特的物理、化学、机械、光学、电学等特性,在光电领域、太阳能电池、柔性传感器、建筑材料、生物医学等诸多领域有着广泛的应用。随着GO的广泛应用,人们在日常生活中接触到氧化石墨烯的概率也随之增加,氧化石墨烯在生产过程中可以被吸入呼吸道,对呼吸系统健康产生危害。然而,有关GO对呼吸系统的影响及其影响机制的研究相对较少。该文对氧化石墨烯与肺癌关系的相关研究进行综述,包括氧化石墨烯的性状、性能,诱发细胞凋亡的机制,及其对肺部的影响,为氧化石墨烯的作业安全与公众的健康防护提供科学参考。
Graphene and its composites material are widely used in daily life due to its superior properties,while nonascale graphene oxide(GO)is generally made of graphite oxidized by strong acid,as an important derivative of graphene-based materials,GO has unique physical,chemical,mechanical,optical electrical and other properties,GO has a wide range of applications in the field of photoelectric field,solar cells,flexible sensors,building materials and biomedicine.With the wide application of GO,the probability of people being exposed to GO in their daily lives has also increased,and GO can be inhaled into the respiratory tract during the production process,which is harmful to respiratory system.However,there has been relatively little research on the effects of GO on the respiratory system and the mechanism.In this paper,the relationship between GO and lung cancer was reviewed,including the characteristics and performance of GO,the mechanism of inducing apoptosis,and its effect on the lung,so as to provide scientific reference for the operation safety of GO and public health protection.
