摘要
本研究旨在解决某电厂中速磨煤机出口粉管浓度偏差大和一次风进口风量测量不准确的问题。通过对冷、热一次风道及风量测量装置进行优化调整,实现了一次风流场的均匀性和稳定性的显著提升。同时,引入了一次风量自适应控制系统,通过实时监测和调整,确保风量的稳定性。通过试验评价,验证了优化方案的有效性,结果表明改善了一次风流场的性能,提高了系统的自动调节品质和测量准确性。
This study aims to address the issues of large concentration deviation in pulverized coal pipes at the outlet of a medium-speed coal mill and inaccurate measurement of primary air inlet flow in a power plant.Through the optimization and adjustment of cold and hot primary air ducts as well as air flow measurement devices,a significant improvement in the uniformity and stability of the primary air flow field has been achieved.Meanwhile,an adaptive control system for primary air flow is introduced,which ensures the stability of air flow through real-time monitoring and adjustment.The effectiveness of the optimization scheme is verified through experimental evaluation,and the results show that the performance of the primary air flow field has been improved,enhancing the automatic adjustment quality and measurement accuracy of the system.
