摘要
随着高等教育飞速发展,我国高校固定资产管理工作在有序稳步推进并取得了良好的成效,但在工作过程中仍不同程度地存在着管理意识淡薄、管理体制不健全、制度执行不力等现象,如何科学管理、提高效益成为高校固定资产管理工作需要思考的重要问题。文章以A高校为例,从多个角度对高校资产管理存在的问题进行剖析,并提出政策建议。
With the rapid development of higher education,fixed assets management in colleges and universities in China has been promoted in an orderly and steady manner and has achieved good results.However,there are still varying degrees of phenomena such as weak management consciousness,imperfect management system and ineffective system implementation in the work process.How to scientifically manage and improve efficiency has become an important issue that needs to be considered in fixed assets management in colleges and universities.The article takes A university as an example to analyze the existing problems in university asset management from multiple perspectives and put forward policy suggestions.
