大学新生获得感现状研究:基于变量中心和个体中心的分析 被引量:2

Study on the Current Situation of College Freshmen's Sense of Gain:Analysis Based on Variable Center and Person Center

摘要 采用获得感量表对1071名大学新生进行调查。基于以变量为中心和以个体为中心的视角,探讨大学新生获得感现状。首先,采用以变量为中心的方法,考察大学新生获得感整体状况,以及大学新生获得感在人口学变量上的差异性;其次,采用以个体为中心的方法(潜在剖面分析方法),考察大学新生获得感的潜在类别,以及大学新生获得感潜在类别在人口学变量上的特点。结果发现,大学新生获得感水平状况整体较好;大学新生获得感在是否担任学生干部变量上存在显著差异,在性别、专业、家庭所在地、是否独生子女变量上不存在显著差异;大学新生获得感可以分为低水平获得感组(10.5%)、中水平获得感组(55.9%)和高水平获得感组(33.6%)3个潜在类别;大学新生的性别、专业、家庭所在地、是否担任学生干部、是否独生子女在获得感3个潜在类别上不存在显著差异。在现状研究的基础上进一步进行讨论分析,并提出提升大学新生获得感的教育对策。 In this study,1071 college freshmen were surveyed using the Sense of Gain Scale.Based on variable centered and person centered perspectives,this study aimed to explore the current situation of college freshmen's sense of gain.First,the variable centered method is used to investigate the current situation of college freshmen's sense of gain,and the difference of college freshmen's sense of gain in demographic variables.Secondly,an individual-centered approach(latent profile analysis)is used to explore the potential categories of college freshmen's sense of gain,and the characteristics of potential categories of college freshmen's sense of gain on demographic variables.The results show that the overall level of university freshmen's sense of gain is relatively good.There are significant differences in the sense of gain based on whether they hold student leadership positions,but no significant differences based on gender,major,family location,or whether they are only children.University freshmen's sense of gain can be classified into three latent categories:low-level sense of gain(10.5%),medium-level sense of gain(55.9%),and high-level sense of gain(33.6%).There are no significant differences in the three latent categories of sense of gain based on gender,major,family location,whether they hold student leadership positions,or whether they are only children.Based on the findings of the current study,further discussion and analysis are conducted,and educational strategies to enhance the sense of gain among university freshmen are proposed.
