摘要
目的分析舒适护理在卵巢黄体破裂保守治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年12月期间在珠海市第五人民医院接受治疗的80例卵巢黄体破裂患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组采用传统护理方法,实验组采用舒适护理。对两组护理效果进行比较。结果相比对照组,实验组患者平均出血量和住院天数均明显更少,护理质量评分、生活质量评分与满意度均更高,P<0.05。结论对卵巢黄体破裂保守治疗患者实施舒适护理可减少出血量与住院天数,提升护理品质与患者生活质量,提高满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing in conservative treatment of ovarian corpus luteum rupture.Methods:Eighty patients with corpus luteum rupture who were treated in Zhuhai Fifth People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used traditional nursing methods,while the experimental group used comfortable nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the average blood loss and hospitalization days in the experimental group were significantly less,and the nursing quality score,quality of life score and satisfaction were higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comfortable nursing for patients with ovarian corpus luteum rupture treated conservatively can reduce the amount of bleeding and hospitalization days,improve the quality of nursing and patients'quality of life,and improve satisfaction.
