摘要
目的观察分析剖宫产术后高危产妇实施血栓预防护理的临床效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年12月期间在宁夏固原市西吉县中医医院实施剖宫产的80例高危产妇,遵循随机数字表法分组,对照组40例,给予常规护理;观察组40例,给予血栓预防护理。对比各项指标。结果观察组各项指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对剖宫产术后高危产妇实施血栓预防护理可改善各项指标与凝血功能,缓解不良情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of thrombus prevention nursing for high-risk parturient after cesarean section.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,80 high-risk parturients who underwent cesarean section in Xiji County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Guyuan City Ningxia were randomly divided into two groups,and 40 cases in the control group were given routine care.40 cases in the observation group were given thrombus prevention nursing.Nursing satisfaction、coagulation function、quality of life、incidence of complications and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results:Results:All the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Thrombosis prevention nursing for high-risk parturient after cesarean section can improve various indexes and coagulation function,relieve bad mood,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
