摘要
目的观察分析产后综合康复护理对产妇产后抑郁及子宫恢复的影响。方法选取2022年8月至2023年8月宁夏固原市西吉县中医医院妇产科收治的60例产妇,根据入院顺序随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予产后综合康复护理干预。对比两组产后生活质量、抑郁及子宫恢复情况。结果两组护理后,SF-36各维度评分对比,研究组评分均高于对照组;HAMA及HAMD评分对比,研究组评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组子宫恶露排出时间、子宫入盆时间均短于对照组,产后出血量小于对照组,P<0.05。结论产后综合康复护理干预可有效改善产妇产后抑郁情况,提高其生活质量,并促进产妇子宫恢复。
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing after delivery on postpartum depression and uterine recovery.Methods:From August 2022 to August 2023,60 parturients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Xiji County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Guyuan City Ningxia were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on this basis.The postpartum quality of life、depression and uterine recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing care,the scores of SF-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group.Compared with HAMA and HAMD scores,the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The time of uterine lochia discharge and uterine delivery in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive postpartum rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve postpartum depression,improve their quality of life,and promote maternal uterine recovery.
