摘要
美国长久以来运用大国地位、胁迫性政策和经济胁迫方式,打击“不听话”的国家和地区,大搞胁迫外交,对和平与发展的时代主题造成剧烈冲击。美国的胁迫外交并非无源之木,在两百多年的历史积淀与现当代的社会压抑共同作用下形成的傲慢潜意识,是美国胁迫外交的思想根源。美国外交决策者受傲慢潜意识影响,形成了“有色人种命不贵”“我为正确听我的”“尔永在下不可逆”的认知模型,深刻影响美国外交政策的具体内容与实施方案,严重威胁世界的和平稳定与中华民族的伟大复兴。
For a long time,the United States has employed its great power status,coercive policies,and economic coercion to suppress countries and regions that refuse to comply.Its wielding of coercive diplomacy has posed a severe impact on the themes of peace and development in the era.Such coercive diplomacy is not without cause.The subconsciousness of arrogance formed by the interplay of its two hundred years of history and the modern and contemporary social repression is the ideological root of the U.S.coercive diplomacy.Influenced by this subconsciousness of arrogance,the U.S.foreign policy decision⁃makers have developed such cognitive models as“the lives of southern countries don't matter”“listen to me because I am right”and“inferiority is irreversible”,profoundly affecting the specific content and implementation plans of U.S.foreign policy as well as the world peace and stability and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
