摘要
针对焦化脱硫废液焚烧制酸工艺流程与介质特点,对基于电导率、超声波、光折射率三种原理的酸浓度分析仪的工作原理、测量范围、安装条件、现场调试与价格成本等因素进行比较分析,完成焦化脱硫废液制酸工艺在线酸浓度分析仪的工程设计,并针对实际应用中遇到的问题给出解决方案。
According to the process flow and medium characteristics of desulphurize liquid incineration for acidmaking,comparing and analyzing the working principle,measuring range,installation conditions,field debugging,and price cost of acid concentration analyzers based on the principles of conductivity,ultrasound,and refractive index of light,the engineering design of the on-line acid concentration analyzer is completed.for the coking desulfurization waste liquid acid production process,and provide solutions to the problems encountered in practical applications.
