脱硫废液制酸预处理工艺技术改造与应用

摘要 针对脱硫废液制酸工艺存在的浓缩塔易堵塞、焚烧炉焦炉煤气消耗多、副产稀酸多等问题,山西金鼎潞宝能源科技有限公司对脱硫废液制酸预处理工艺进行了一系列改造。通过新建双相塔和浓缩塔、对相关设备型号及材质进行优选等技改,目前脱硫废液制酸预处理系统运行稳定,双相塔液态硫温度、浓缩塔氨水中硫氰含量和焚烧炉燃烧均达到了规定标准,取得了较好的经济效益和环保效益。 In response to the problems of easy blockage of the concentration tower,high consumption of coke oven gas in the incinerator and excessive by-product of dilute acid in the process of acid production from desulfurization waste liquid,a series of transformations were carried out in its pretreatment process in Shanxi Jinding Lubao Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.Through the construction of new dual-phase tower and concentration tower and the optimization of relevant equipment models and materials and other technical renovations,currently the desulfurization waste liquid acid production pretreatment system had stable operation.The liquid sulfur temperature of the dual-phase tower,the thiocyanate content in the ammonia water of the concentration tower and the combustion of the incinerator had all met the specified standards,having achieved good economic and environmental benefits.
