摘要
将乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)乳液与γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)按照不同质量比共混,制得了改性EVA乳液,并采用差示扫描量热仪、粒度分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和旋转流变仪等研究了其性能。结果表明:当KH-570质量分数为30%时,改性EVA乳液的玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))低至—6.7℃,剥离强度达到最大值,为68.4 N/m,且粒径均一、稳定性良好,固体质量分数为64.65%。
Modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)emulsion was prepared by blending EVA withγ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570)at different mass ratios,and its properties were studied using differential scanning calorimetry,particle size analyzer,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and rotational rheometer.The results show that when the mass fraction of KH-570 is 30%,the glass transition temperature(T_g)of the modified EVA emulsion is as low as-6.7℃,the peel strength reaches the maximum value of 68.4 N/m,and the particle size is uniform,the stability is good,and the solid mass fraction is 64.65%.
