摘要
目的 研究普萘洛尔联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲亢患者的效果及对骨代谢指标的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年12月平凉市中医医院收治的160例甲亢患者为研究对象,以双色球法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组采用甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组在此基础上联合普萘洛尔治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的促甲状腺激素(TSH)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平高于对照组,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的降钙素(CT)、骨钙素(BGP)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的皮质醇(COR)水平高于对照组,促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 普萘洛尔联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲亢的效果显著,可调节甲状腺功能、肾上腺皮质激素水平,改善骨代谢指标,且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of propranolol combined with methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism patients and its influences on bone metabolic markers.Methods A total of 160 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Pingliang from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by double chromosphere method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methimazole,and the observation group was treated with propranolol on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)and parathyroid hormone(PTH)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of free triiodothyronine(FT_(3))and free thyroxine(FT_(4))were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of calcitonin(CT)and bone gla protein(BGP)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cortisol(COR)level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Propranolol combined with methimazole has a significant effect in the treatment of hyperthyroidism,it can regulate thyroid function and adrenocortical hormone levels,improve bone metabolic markers,and has high safety,which is worth promoting.
