摘要
目的:收集2023年烟台市芝罘区重点职业病相关信息,分析重点职业病危害因素的分布特点等。方法:通过国家职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统和烟台市芝罘区疾病预防控制中心重点职业病监测工作报表收集2023年1—12月烟台市芝罘区接触重点职业病危害因素的3774名在岗劳动者的相关资料进行汇总、分析。结果:在3774名在岗劳动者中,接触人数较多的职业病危害因素是噪声(2778名),其次为矽尘(607名)。检查发现职业病新病例7例,主要病种为其他呼吸系统疾病2例(占28.6%),噪声聋、职业性耳鼻喉口腔疾病、职业性化学中毒、职业性皮肤病和职业性眼病各1例(各占14.3%)。结论:烟台市芝罘区重点职业病危害因素为噪声及矽尘,新发职业病以其他呼吸系统疾病为主。
Objective:To collect the relevant information of major occupational diseases in Zhifu District,Yantai City in 2023,and analyze the distribution characteristics of major occupational disease hazard factors.Methods:Through the national Occupational Disease and Health information monitoring system and the key occupational disease monitoring work report of Yantai Zhifu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention,the relevant data of 3774 workers who were exposed to key occupational disease hazard factors in Zhifu District of Yantai City from January to December 2023 were collected and analyzed.Results:Among the 3774 workers,noise(2778 workers)was the most exposed occupational hazard factor,followed by silica dust(607 workers).There were 7 new cases of occupational diseases,2 cases of other respiratory diseases(28.6%),1 case of noise deafness,occupational otolaryngological diseases,occupational chemical poisoning,occupational skin diseases and occupational eye diseases(14.3%each).Conclusion:The main occupational diseases are noise and silica dust in Zhifu District,Yantai City.The new occupational diseases are mainly respiratory diseases.
